We have decided to introduce two awards for players to aspire to. First, “Player of the Year”. The criteria for selection will be, A) dedication and passion towards the game in training and matches, B)Match performances both in terms of results and 110% effort, C) Technical and Tactical improvements over the year against other A&M Tennis players. The Second is in the form of a player of the month with the criteria of A)Most improved, B) dedication and passion for the game, C) Results achieved where applicable, D) Effort/determination shown in squad lessons.
